School of Death

The School of Death is one of the seven schools on Wizard101. This school is located behind the door (behind the door is also as Nightside) under the waterfall in the Common  and is avalible to wizards level 12 and up for free. If you are not level 12 then you can find a temporary professor named Malorn Ashthorn who can teach you. The School of Death was once run by Malistaire Drake but Malistaire became evil and vanished along with the death school which landed in Nightside along with the death tree.

what book pedestal says: Death is finality, the study of the corporeal. Practitioners of the Death Art, known as Necromancers, understand this limitation and strive to face it unafraid. Death's power comes from the removing of order from the universe at large. Withdrawing the power of order and allowing chaos to return instills Necromancers to bend magic to their will. Necromancers draw on the power of courage to channel their own fears out of themselves and at their adversaries. Death sits between Ice and Storm, for the cold energy of underneath lies between those two forces.

Make an Impresion

Requirements: Level 12 Death Wizard, Access to Colossus Boulevard 

Reward: 220 experience

Steps: Go to Malorn Ashthorn to get the quest. Then go to Colossus Boulevard and talk to Kirby Longspear. Then defeat 6 gobblers in Colossus Boulevard. Then talk to Kirby Longspear in Colossus Boulevard. Then talk to Malorn Ashthorn. After you talk to him you are done the quest. 

Sweet Revenge 

Requirements: Level 12 Death Wizard

Reward: 56 gold, 275 experience, traps and transformation, Death Prism Spell

Steps: Talk to Malorn Ashthorn to get the quest. Then search near Mortis (the Death Tree). Then summon a ghoul. Then locate the Death Tower. Then defeat Nightstalker and collect scroll. Then talk to Malorn Ashthorn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Dworgyn gives you quests too. Here are the quests and how to do them.

Information Dump

Requirements: Level 18 Death Wizard, Access to the Altar of Kings in Kroktopia

Reward: 65 experience

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to the Altar of Kings in Kroktopia and talk to Professor Winthrop. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Speedy Delivery

Requirements: Level 18 Death Wizard

Reward: 90 gold, 480 experience, Curse Spell, death shield

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then talk to Merle Ambrose. Then locate the scarecrow near Mortis (the death tree). Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Learning a Lesson

Requirements: Level 28 Death Wizard, Access to Chelsea Court in Marleybone. 

Reward: 136 gold, 840 experience, Animate Spell 

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Chelsea Court in Marleybone and talk to Freddy Nine Lives. Then defeat Freddy Nine Lives nine times. Then talk to Freddy Nine Lives. Then talk to  Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Bottled Up

Requirements: Level 38 Death Wizard, Access to Well of Spirits in Kroktopia, Access to Crimson Fields in Mooshu

Reward: 875 experience 

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then talk to Ghost of Krokhotep. Then talk to Torrence (the Storm Tree). Then  go to Crimson Fields  in Mooshu defeat War Oni in Crimson Fields in Mooshu and collect War Oni. Locate the Well of Spirits in Kroktopia. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest. 

In the Clearing

Requirments: Level 38 Death Wizard

Reward: 200 gold, 1180 experience, Empower Spell, death desk

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then locate the clearing at the end of the Haunted Cave and summon the Elder Seer. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest. 

Rain on the Scarecrow 

Requirements: Level 48 Death Wizard, Access to The Labyrinth in Dragonspyre, Access to The Necropolis in Dragonspyre

Reward: 1320 experience

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to The Labyrinth in Dragonspyre and talk to Dmitri Ironchains. Then use Cistern in The Necropolis in Dragonspyre. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are don the quest. 

Seed of Death

Requirements: Level 48 Death Wizard, Access to the Tree of Life in Mooshu

Reward: 1320 experience

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to the Tree of Life in Mooshu and defeat Kagemoosha and obtain the Seed of Death. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Playing with Dolls

Requirements: Level 48 Death Wizard

Reward: 265 experience

Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then talk to Mortis (Death Tree). Then talk Gloria Krendell. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Don't Feat Reaper
Requirements: Level 48 Death Wizard
Reward: 125 gold, 1650 experience, Scarecrow Spell, Wraith
Steps:  Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then locate the yard near Lord Nightshade's tower in the Haunted Cave. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest. 

Cry for a Shadow
Requirements: Level 58 Death Wizard
Reward: 65 gold, 1260 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then talk to Mortis (the Death Tree). Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Don't Be Scared
Requirements: Level 58 Death Wizard, Access to The Necropolis in Dragonspyre
Reward: 65 gold, 1260 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then locate Nightreaver's Lair in The Necropolis in Dragonspyre. Then defeat Osseus Nightreaver in The Necropolis in Dragonspyre. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

All Things Must Pass
Requirements: Level 58 Death Wizard, Access to Nidavellir in Grizzleheim
Reward; 400 gold, 4500 experience, Skeletal Dragon Spell
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Nidavellir in Grizzleheim and go to the bridge. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Century Egg
Requirements: Level 58 Death Wizard, Access to Austrilund in Grizzleheim
Reward: 75 gold, 1850 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Austrilund in Grizzleheim and talk to Gram Moonstalker. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Katzenstien Never Kloses
Requirements: Level 68 Death Wizard, Access to Scotland Yard in Marleybone
Reward: 75 gold, 1800 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Scotland Yard in Marleybone and talk to Dr. Von Katzenstein. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Book Collectors
Requirements: Level 68 Death Wizard, Access to The Atheneum and Plaza of Conquests in Dragonspyre
Reward: 650 gold, 11000 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to The Atheneum in Dragonspyre and talk to Milos Bookwyrm. Then go to Plaza of Conquests in Dragonspyre and go to The Hoarder's Tower and defeat The Hoarder. Then locate the Books of Death in Plaza of Conquests in Dragonspyre. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Back From the Dead
Requirements: Level 68 Death Wizard
Reward: 75 gold, 1800 experience, Dr. Von's Monster
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to cleared area in Nightside. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Bag of Bones
Requirements: Level 78 Death Wizard, Access to The Drake Hatchery in Dragonspyre, Access to The Ironworks in Marleybone
Reward: 600 gold, 29460 experience, Bone Dragon
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to The Drake Hatchery in Dragonspyre and talk to Mother Warwing. Then go to The Ironworks in Marleybone and go to Ironworks Warehouse and defeat Rags O'Leary. Then go The Ironworks in Marleybone and talk to Devon Atwell. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Avenging Assembly
Requirements: Level 88 Death Wizard, Access to Three Points and Cenote in Azteca
Reward: 540 gold, 41230 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Three Points in Azteca and talk to Xpli Tailbiter. Then go to Cenote in Azteca in Chamber and defeat Tezomo Stone Singer and collect Crypt Dust. Then go to Three Points in Azteca and talk to Xpli Tailbiter. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.

Death of the Party
Requirements: Level 88 Death Wizard, Access to Caliburn in Avalon
Reward: 130 gold, 10310 experience
Steps: Talk to Dworgyn to get the quest. Then go to Caliburn in Avalon and visit Faerie Circle. Then talk to Dworgyn. After you talk to him you are done the quest.
